& Summary:The Valuations Group specializes in valuation of a wide spectrum of businesses, shares, and assets (tangible and intangible) thatassistsclients in taking key decisions in several areas including strategic transactions (such as acquisitions, mergers,divestituresand joint ventures), internal/financial restructuring, strategic decision making and legal issues.
Responsibilities:
Good academictrack recordand strong work ethic.
An understanding of valuation, including cost of capital, DCF, and other valuation tools.
Attention to detail.
Self-motivated attitude andableto work with minimal supervision in a dynamic work environment.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Advanced skills set in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; exposureto databases such as Bloomberg,Capitalineetc. is a plus.
