STA Personnel Solutions South Africa - we are a global BPO company, partnering with a US-based client in the Real Estate Management sector, who is urgently seeking an Inbound & Outbound Customer Service Agent . We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Agent to support our US client who is a real estate investment and development company. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, schedule property showings, follow up on rental inquiries, and assist tenants with questions and requests. You will be the first point of contact for prospective tenants and play an important role in providing a professional, helpful experience.
