Spaceship is looking for a motivated Inbound Sales Executive to manage customer enquiries and convert leads into customers. You will be working with warm inbound leads and helping customers find suitable storage solutions for their personal or business needs.
Responsibilities- Respond to customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp and email
- Understand customers' storage requirements and recommend suitable solutions
- Conduct site tours and explain our services
- Prepare quotations and follow up on leads
- Build relationships with customers and maintain high service standards
- Update customer information and sales activities in CRM
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- 1–5 years of sales, customer service or account management experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable speaking with customers over phone and WhatsApp
