Responsibilities
- Handle inbound sales inquiries and convert them into sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and offer solutions.
- Achieve sales targets and performance metrics on a monthly basis.
- Process orders and ensure accurate documentation is kept.
- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.
- Gather feedback from customers and report it to the management team.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in an inbound teleco sales preferably in an inbound sales capacity.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport quickly with customers and understand their needs.
