Roles and Responsibilities:
- Monitor critical events and alerts, route them to the appropriate teams, and initiate bridges for cross-team resolution.
- Lead end-to-end major incident management, including structured troubleshooting, escalation, and decision-making under pressure.
- Maintain SLA commitments for mission control assistance requests and ensure incidents are tracked with correct categorization and prioritization.
- Engage the right assignment groups and coordinate with NOC/monitoring teams to accelerate identification and resolution of critical incidents.
