The Role
You’ll play a critical role at the centre of technology operations, leading the end-to-end incident management process across business‑critical systems.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading incident management across low, medium, and high‑priority events
- Coordinating internal teams and third‑party suppliers to ensure rapid resolution
