Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Incident Manager to join a global banking technology environment and take ownership of major incident coordination, production oversight, and operational stability across the bank.
Responsibilities
- Act as the central point of contact for production health across technology streams
- Proactively monitor environments using telemetry and investigate abnormalities
- Correlate cross-stream issues, incidents, and operational events
- Manage and coordinate all Severity 1–3 Major Incidents
- Maintain oversight of Severity 4 incidents and escalation risks
- Monitor trends in Severity 5 tickets and unstructured requests
- Ensure high-quality incident communications and stakeholder updates
- Analyze incident and problem management data to identify trends and reduce recurring issues
