Inclusion Support & Wellbeing Coordinator (Primary) Seeking a dedicated and experienced Inclusion Support Coordinator (ISC) to support students with a range of needs Working collaboratively with students, teachers, support staff, and families to develop and implement individual learning plans and goals Leading the Primary Inclusion Team while maintaining a small teaching load within the College Commencing Term 3 (negotiable) 6 month contract, with potential to extend in 2027 (permanent teaching role at end of coordinator role available) Co-educational day school - Transition to Year 12 Independent school Assistance with relocation and accommodation costs Situated approximately 3 hours south of Darwin in the NTs fourth largest settlement SH#8491 School Profile SchoolHouse is working in partnership with a Co-educational Catholic College for students from Transition to Year 12.
