The ideal candidate will assist Property Managers in handling lease renewals, tenant recertifications, document processing, and administrative support while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Process monthly lease renewals and prepare all required documentation for interim and annual recertifications or lease renewal signings
- Verify tenant income, assets, and applicable deductions
- Send and follow up on required documents and verifications needed to complete recertifications
- Collect and organize tenant documents and requirements
