- Audit and reconcile daily sales transactions of front desk and all outlets, balance all cash registers, balance department dockets and cash, balance department revenue. Report variances and discrepancies as per hotel policy.
- Ensure front desk is organized in accordance with the night managers instructions and all necessary reports, batches are printed prior to rollover procedure.
· Answer switchboard and assist guests with overseas telephone enquiries.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Accounting
- At least 0 - 2 years of experience in Accounting, preferably in Account Payables or Payments
