We are searching for a Senior Income Tax Accountant to support the Corporate Tax Manager with the company’s tax compliance and reporting activities across all entities. This role will be responsible for the day-to-day preparation of tax related filings and reports, including federal, state, and local income tax returns. Key responsibilities also include supporting the preparation of the income tax provision, coordinating with the legal department on annual reporting requirements, and assisting with tax matters related to mergers and acquisitions.
