About The Team
We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented intern to support SPX Collection Points onboarding and incubation operations. You will assist with onboarding new Collection Points, follow up on outstanding items, and help newly onboarded Collection Points stabilise during their incubation period.
Job Description- Support the end-to-end onboarding of new Collection Points
- Follow up with Collection Points to complete the required onboarding steps
- Track onboarding and incubation progress, and update internal trackers
- Support incubation management by identifying issues early and escalating when needed
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve onboarding or operational blockers
- Support process improvement by helping to document and streamline workflows
- Proficient in Google and Microsoft Office products such as Excel and PowerPoint
