About the Company
Nexus Global Payments (NGP) is a not-for-profit company limited by guarantee, incorporated in Singapore in March 2025. NGP was established to own, maintain and manage the Nexus scheme – a multilateral initiative to enable instant, secure, and efficient cross-border payments by interconnecting Instant Payment Systems (IPS) worldwide. NGP is currently owned by central banks in participating countries (India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore and Thailand). About the Role
As part of the company’s establishment and full operationalisation, NGP wishes to bring on board a second Independent Director, with a primary focus in finance and accounting matters. The Independent Director will serve for an appointed term on NGP’s Board and its Audit and Risk Committee.
