Hyre is hiring a boots-on-the-ground Business Development Representative to grow our presence by building trust with business owners, founders, and community leaders—locally in Kansas City and with companies across the U.S. and select international markets.
This is not an inside sales/SDR role. It’s a relationship + territory role where your job is to be visible in the local business community while also developing and closing opportunities nationally and internationally through meetings, referrals, and strategic conversations.
You’ll attend local events regularly and periodically travel to company-sponsored events, conferences, and meetings (travel expenses covered by Hyre).
