Essential Duties
Develop process automation tools and processes using VBA Excel Macros, Python, SQL, PowerBI, and other tools as needed.Enhance and maintain existing VBA Excel Macros, Python programs and other tools as needed.Work with stakeholders to uncover all requirements and develop iteratively towards a user accepted product.Develop tools that are easy to maintain and enhance over time.Address and find solutions to bugs and issues in VBA Macros, Python programs, SQL queries, PowerBI dashboards, etc. in a timely manner.Write documentation for new and existing process automation tools and processes.Assists in uncovering issues, evaluates various courses of action, and promotes the best option for resolution.Becomes aware on how to locate and define new process improvement opportunities Acquires data from primary and secondary data sources and assists in analyzing and interpreting trends or patterns i...
