POSITION : Area Sales Executive/Assistant Manager
KEY PURPOSEResponsible for achieving Secondary and primary targets of the territory assigned in the most cost-effective manner – through efficiently driving Key Performance Indicators and Relationship Management with Key Customers (Bakeries & HORECA) and retaining the Top Customers and optimal deployment and utilization of manpower.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESHandling a team comprising of Sales Officers, Territory Sales Executives and Senior Territory Sales Executives.Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual business targets for his/her area. This will include value / volume objectives, distribution targets and be in line with sales policies, strategies.Call on prospective customers.
