Job Summary

Provide excellent customer service to Individual members. Build and maintain strong relationships with members to ensure ongoing retention. Support other team staff to maintain and grow membership and sales in new and existing markets.

Essential Functions
+ Individual member Retention. Manage all aspects of the identified Individual membership. This population requires benefit consulting, relationship building, problem solving, data analysis and solution implementation.
+ Ongoing efforts to maintain retention through outbound campaign initiatives to retain most profitable members.
+ Retain and increase membership, in addition to improving service to members and agents.
+ Identify opportunities to sell new products, services and replace other carriers/service providers.
