About the Role:
* Provide tailored 1:1 support to help a child thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
* Assist with communication strategies, including BSL, Makaton, or other AAC methods (Not essential)
* Implement individual learning strategies in line with the child’s Education, Health, and Care Plan (EHCP).
