Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Indoor Sales Executive to handle shop sales and provide excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to walk-in customers and provide product information and recommendations.
- Promote and sell welding equipment, cutting tools, PPE and safety accessories.
- Prepare quotations, process sales orders and handle billing transactions.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and sales opportunities.
- Monitor stock availability and coordinate with the store and procurement teams for replenishment.
- Ensure products are properly displayed and the showroom shop is well maintained.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
