Purpose of the Job
The Industrial Engineer will design, implement and improve processes to enhance quality, efficiency and sustainability. A key focus of the role will be to analyse existing processes, identify area of improvement and implement changes to optimise operations. The role analyses workflows, develop process improvements and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Qualifications & Experience
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Bachelor of Engineering Technology in Industrial Engineering or other relevant qualification
- At least 5 years relevant experience in similar position and/or level, in Automotive Manufacturing
- Advantageous – Press and Weld Background
Technical Pre-Requisite
- SAP S/4Hana software knowledge to design, simulate and analyse processes
- Strong engineering fundamentals
