About the Role
As an Industrial Engineer, you will develop improvements in Kohl’s extensive, national multi-distribution center network, provide analytical support and execute change initiatives that significantly impact the organization.
What You’ll Do
+ Support designing new facilities, facility retrofits, conveyor changes and other material handling equipment changes
+ Recommend process improvement opportunities by addressing all aspects of a process, including people, procedures, systems and equipment
+ Assist with transportation optimization initiatives
+ Maintain and enhance Kohl's labor management program through monitoring of productivity and efficiency
+ Refine labor management program best methods and procedures, time and motion study, coaching and general program maintenance
+ Support strategic planning and analysis through forecasting, capacity modeling and network modeling
