Job Description

Introduction:

Location: Chonburi Salary Range: 45,000 – 55,000 THB (Based on experience) Work Schedule: Monday – Friday (5 days/week)

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to significantly reduce waste (MUDA), minimize cycle times, and maximize productivity.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities through value engineering and resource optimization to meet annual budget targets.
  • Lead and drive new product introduction (NPI) or process improvement projects from initial concept through to full production.
  • Act as a technical mentor to the production team. Develop and deliver training sessions on workflow improvements, standardized work, and cost-saving techniques.
  • Utilize Lean Manufacturing tools (Kaizen, 5S, VSM, Six Sigma) to provide data-backed recommendations to senior management.
