Job Responsibilities
- Study any specified item (product or service) that needs method and time study.
- Prepare the Operation breakdown of the product or services to be studied. Provide labor cost estimates to new designs based on initial or original samples.
- Prepare Routing sheet or required form of operation on work flow chart.
- Prepare the Contractor's guidelines, if applicable, for any outsourced production.
- Initiate the Pre-Process with Product Development and Production staff to ensure all new items specification are evaluated and agreed upon by all prior to marker preparation.
- Prepare lay‑out of stencil on all new design in preparation for operator's Pay Ticket on every new stock number as basis to compute their efficiency.
