Job Description
Client:
Contract manufacturing facility running high-speed filling, labeling, and capping lines for clients for national retailers, consumer packaged goods, private and OTC products. The client seeks Industrial Maintenance Technicians who troubleshoot equipment, keep lines running, and aren't above stepping onto the floor to help production when needed.
Day-to-Day:
Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systemsWork with photo eyes, sensors, safety relays, PLCs, and 3-phase 480V systemsMaintain gravity and pressure-fed piston fillers, conveyors, labelers, cappers, and packaging equipmentDiagnose issues with chillers, boilers, pumps, compressors, valves, and instrumentationInterpret mechanical drawings and identify root causesMix of reactive repairs and preventive maintenance Schedule:<...
