- Key Responsibilities
- Operate and support OT LAN and connectivity services across manufacturing sites.
- Ensure network health, availability, and performance aligned with plant constraints and SLAs.
- Support centralized remote operations for OT environments.
- Manage industrial switching environments and plant connectivity.
- Configure, troubleshoot, and optimize switches, VLANs, segmentation, and redundancy.
- Support industrial protocols such as PROFINET, Modbus, and EtherNet/IP.
- Support OT firewalls (e.G., mGuard or equivalent).
- Implement firewall rules, segmentation, NAT, and secure communication paths.
