This is a hands-on role responsible for applying protective and decorative coatings to equipment and structures in an industrial environment.
**Responsibilities include:**
• Surface preparation (washing, sanding, scraping, smoothing)
• Applying paint, stain, varnish, lacquer, and related coatings
• Operating spray equipment, compressors, sandblasters, and other power tools
• Maintaining and repairing existing paint finishes through color matching and tinting
• Cleaning and maintaining work areas and equipment
• Following all safety and hazardous material handling procedures

• High school diploma or equivalent required
