Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
Development & Implementation Lead and implement new repair capabilities for SAFRAN and partner OEMs.
Conduct feasibility studies and analyze market/investment data.
Develop and source new equipment and consumables manage investments in testing and repair policies.
Coordinate trainings and user documentation.
Project Management Track project progress, report milestones, and control expenses.
Manage contractors, suppliers, and maintenance plans.
Technical Support Work with OEMs to clarify requirements and establish standards.
Review and validate shop test procedures.
Support workshops during new program launches and fleet upgrades.
Continuous Improvement & Communication Initiate creative solutions and assist workshops in best practices and cost reduction.
Ensure effective communication across all stakeholders: HQ, OEMs, workshops, QA, Sales, CI, Supply Chain, and customers.
