Missions:
Act as the Purchasing Representative for a plant (and vice versa)
Member of the plant Director board, dedicated to the plant and located on site.
Ensure that any major purchasing topic for the plant is handled by central purchasing (anticipation and escalation role).
Depending on the manufacturing pool organization, the IPM scope could be enlarged to several plants with the target to globalize some supplier contracts and increase savings.
Ensure and enhance purchasing performance towards the plant, with a strong focus on commercial cost reduction
