About the role:
Core Talent is working with a not for profit organisation on a unique opportunity to support individuals within the health care sector. This role provides specialist workplace relations guidance to members, supporting them with employment legislation, HR best practices and the interpretation of industrial awards and agreements across both state and federal systems. The position assists members in addressing workplace matters, resolving disputes and ensuring compliance with employment obligations. It also represents members in relevant industrial relations proceedings and contributes to policy input and advocacy relating to workforce and regulatory developments affecting the sector.
