Job Responsibilities
Space Planning & Optimization
- Lead space planning activities to optimize utilization across production, offices, labs, and shared environments.
- Develop and maintain space allocation plans, production facilities, and layout standards to support business needs, growth, and efficiency.
- Continuously assess space usage and recommend improvements based on utilization data and organizational changes.
Compliance & Regulatory Standards
- Ensure all spaces comply with internal space standards, building codes, safety regulations, and local regulatory requirements.
- Partner with EHS, Legal, HR, and external authorities to address compliance gaps and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain documentation and audit readiness related to space standards and regulatory requirements.
