Job Responsibilities
Space Planning & Optimization
Lead space planning activities to optimize utilization across production, offices, labs, and shared environments. Develop and maintain space allocation plans, production facilities, and layout standards to support business needs, growth, and efficiency. Continuously assess space usage and recommend improvements based on utilization data and organizational changes. Compliance & Regulatory Standards
Ensure all spaces comply with internal space standards, building codes, safety regulations, and local regulatory requirements. Partner with EHS, Legal, HR, and external authorities to address compliance gaps and implement corrective actions. Maintain documentation and audit readiness related to space standards and regulatory requirements. Capacity Planning & Ramp Management
