As a 360 Consultant, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of contract mobilization. You aren't just a recruiter; you are a strategic partner to clients in the Industrial Services sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute the end-to-end recruitment of elite contract talent, from initial headhunting to negotiating complex day rates and project terms.
- Act as a consultant for Tier 1 and Tier 2 firms, identifying workforce gaps for short-term outages and long-term infrastructure builds.
