- 现有流程的优化/ Existing process transformation
- 支持生产部门进行流程转型，以提高生产效率并减少质量缺陷。与团队一起进行方针管理(Hoshin)分析，推动流程向单件流组织的方向发展。
You are supporting the production department to realize the process transformation to increase the productivity and to reduce the Quality defects. You will perform Hoshin analysis with your team and make process evolution towards one piece flow organization.
- 用8D方法支持质量改进，开发防错装置（Poka Yoke）和半自动化解决方案。
You will support the Quality improvement, using the 8D methodology, developing Pooka yoke and semi-automatic solutions.
- 定期更新生产中的操作节拍时间，保持数据的准确性。确保生产线的实际产能与客户需求相匹配。
You will regularly update the cycle time for operation in production, maintaining them accurate. You will also guaranty the installed capacity of the production line to match with the customer demand.
