Industrialization Quality Leader

Mission -- Manage risks on parts and product manufacturing process toward Quality goals -- Evaluate and follow up the criticality of the parts of the offer -- Challenge suppliers on Quality achievement -- Define and set up the Quality tools for reaching the Quality goals of manufacturing parts and products -- Insure the manufacturing process qualification for Quality goals achievement -- Insure good transfer of Quality files to suppliers and plants (PPAP files – Part Evaluation Plan) Responsibility -- Act as project industrial quality leader in OLM projects, to ensure the realization of the quality target for new products. -- Work closely with China R&D Center to ensure components, subassembly and products are developed/manufactured in the right quality level by applying proper quality tools. -- Organize Process FMEA and follow up the actions. -- Follow Schneider Project management process to generate industrialization quality plan for parts, component & subassembly(C/SA), and manufact...
