Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Contractor – Industry Trainer (Security) to deliver engaging, practical weekend workshops for learners completing the Level 3 Certificate of Achievement (COA) in Security. Based at our Wiri campus, you’ll use your industry expertise to create safe, supportive and industry-relevant learning experiences that prepare learners for real-world security roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate in-person 2 day practical workshops each month - Security Conflict Management
- Deliver the Level 3 Security COA programme to a high standard
- Support learner engagement, wellbeing and progression throughout the programme
- Provide practical instruction, guidance and structured feedback to learners
- Assess and mark learner assessments in line with programme requirements
