Infection Prevention and Control Nurse Specialist
The closing date is 02 July 2026.
The post holder will work to provide evidence-based advice and leadership to practitioners across all inpatient services and community services within a specified care group and across the Trust in respect of Infection Prevention and Control as directed by the Infection Prevention and Control Lead.
Support clinical excellence as a positive role model working alongside clinicians in all Trust settings to provide practical support on Infection prevention and Control.
Support the delivery of high quality care across all services within their role boundaries and will provide visible support to both clinical and non-clinical colleagues.
Acknowledge the unpredictable nature of the role/ workload and have the ability to re-prioritise workload quickly and confidently when there are changes in circumstances. Maintaining own electronic diary.
