Locums | Telemedicine Infectious Disease Various Sites (CA Preferred, OR and WA secondary) PROVIDER MUST HAVE A CLEAN FILE - Clean files must include a clean NPDB, clean malpractice (dismissed and dropped cases as well), and a clean background check. SCHEDULE :
• Coverage Type: Inpatient (telemedicine)
• Schedule Type: Hospital only
• Call Type: N/A
• Dates of Need: 9/1/ /31/2026
• Shift Times: 8am-4pm PST • Lunch N/A
• Provider Min # Shifts Required: 5-7 per month (will be gap coverage)
• Guaranteed Hours per Day: 8 • Hours Worked for OT to apply: 8 per day
