- HIV care including diagnosis, treatment planning, medication management, and follow-up care
- Management of patients with complex needs related to HIV and comorbid conditions
- PrEP, PEP, and U=U counseling and preventive interventions
- Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team of physicians, nursing staff, case managers, and social workers
- Accurate clinical documentation in electronic health records
