Job Description
About the Role: We are seeking a senior Infor M3 CloudSuite Financials Consultant with deep, hands‑on experience configuring 3‑way match, APS450 invoice entry, APS900 AutoMatch , and tolerance rules (APS905).
This role is critical to ensuring accurate invoice matching when invoices arrive before goods receipts (overseas shipments with delayed receiving).
What You Will Do:
- Configure and optimize 3‑way match in M3 CloudSuite
- Design matching logic for invoices loaded before receipts
- Validate and tune APS450, APS900, APS905, and GRNI handling
- Review current setup and recommend best‑practice M3 finance configuration
- Work with IT and Finance teams to ensure seamless invoice automation
- Provide hands‑on guidance, testing, and knowledge transfer
