The Information Architect / Digital Content Architect is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the structural foundations of the organisation’s content ecosystem. This role ensures that content is structured, reusable, and optimised for delivery across multiple platforms and channels. The Content Architect collaborates closely with content strategists, product teams, and developers to enable scalable, high-quality, and AI-ready content operations.
