Working Pattern: Part-time (Saturday and Sunday - 9 to 5, 14.6 hrs/week)
About the Role
We are seeking a customer-focused and proactive Information Assistant to join our Library Services team. This role provides first-line support to students, staff, and visitors within flagship building, ensuring an excellent user experience across learning spaces, service points, and library technologies.
Working as part of a collaborative team, you will assist customers with enquiries, support the effective use of library facilities and technology, maintain high standards within learning environments, and help create a welcoming, inclusive, and productive space for all users.
