Analyzing, troubleshooting, and evaluating technology issues Provide level 1 and 2 application support for our Trimble System across 11 locations utilizing remote connection Work with Corporate IT for Level 3 support Build, maintain and enhance reports using the appropriate tools (SQL, Crystal Reports, Excel) Maintain and configure EDI with customers Administer and manage company's IBC Phone Systems Develop and maintain business relationships with ...
