Join the CASCOM G-6 team supporting secure and non-secure Video Teleconferencing (VTC) operations across T2COM classrooms and command environments. This role ensures reliable, secure, and seamless communication for training, leadership engagements, and mission coordination.
Responsibilities
+ Provide daily operation and sustainment of Video Teleconferencing (VTC) systems and facilities
+ Deliver desk-side support and instruction to users on proper use of VTC equipment and conferencing tools
+ Train users on VTC system setup, operation, and best practices
+ Utilize scheduling software to coordinate VTC sessions, ensuring proper alignment of participants, facilitators, and resources
