Job responsibility:
To support to IT Hardware & Software and other IT Hardware of the Location of R&D centre
- Manage IT Assets inventory & Tag IT Assets.
- Hands on Experience IT Help-desk Management tool.
- Manage day to day request of ID creation & modifications in Central Active Directory Server.
- Knowledge of end user backup Solution.
- Installation & troubleshooting of computers Hardware & Software Issues.
- Ensure Patch Management on Computers.
- Support to Video Conferencing, Projector & Display Devices.
