Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and configure Hospital Information System (HIS).
- Coordinate with hospital departments for requirement gathering and workflow mapping.
- Conduct user training sessions for doctors, nurses, front office, billing, pharmacy, laboratory, and other end users.
- Perform software installation, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
- Provide onsite and remote support for software-related issues.
- Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate with the technical team for resolution.
- Prepare implementation documents, user manuals, SOPs, and training materials.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure successful project completion within deadlines.
- Support data migration and master data configuration activities.
