Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities-
- System Administration- Manage Windows, Mac, and Linux systems, perform installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
- Network Management- Oversee network architecture, firewall, and switches and AP’s configuration and management; resolve connectivity issues.
- Hardware Troubleshooting and Management- Diagnose, repair, and maintain hardware components, including desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Asset Management: Managing IT inventory, handling procurement and disposal, and maintaining updated records.
- Problem Resolution- Diagnose and resolve system, software, and network issues; conduct root cause analysis.
- Technical Support- Provide desktop support and collaborate with teams for smooth IT operations.
