Job Description
Overview: The IT Support Administrator is responsible for providing technical assistance and support for all computer systems, hardware, software, networking infrastructure, and SCADA systems across the company’s oil jetty operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for all IT-related issues and requests from oil jetty staff and operations personnelTroubleshoot and resolve computer/network issues, software errors, hardware failures, connectivity problems, SCADA system errors, etc. in a timely mannerInstall, configure, upgrade and maintain SCADA software, HMI applications, and related control systemsMonitor and optimize performance of SCADA systems for oil jetty operationsProvide training to operations staff on using SCADA systems and HMI applicationsInstall, configure, and upgrade computer systems, peripherals, operating systems, and software applicationsMaint...
