:Information Technology Support Engineer
We are looking for a dedicated Information Technology Support Engineer to join our dynamic team. Reporting to Manager, Information Technology, this is a full stack IT Infrastructure Support which offers exciting opportunity to demonstrate technical skills to support business strategy and the IT Applications within Arrow’s facilities in Asia Pacific. This role will be based in our office in Science Park. The candidate will have great exposure working with stakeholders in Hong Kong and APAC.
What You’ll Be Doing
Provide Level 1 and 2 IT support for Office and Warehouse users, addressing hardware, software, and OS issues
Log, escalate, and resolve incidents using the ticketing system
Maintain Windows and macOS devices, including computers, mobile devices, and printers
