About the Role
We’re building a pool of IT Support Specialists (L1–L2) for our Toronto-based team. This internal position supports our next‑generation AI products.
Responsibilities
- Provide L1–L2 technical support via phone, email, or ticketing systems.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues.
- Document incidents and resolutions clearly in the ticketing system.
- Escalate complex issues to higher‑level support teams when needed.
- Assist with onboarding new users, account setups, and access permissions.
