Job Description
We are looking for a talented GxP IT Support Specialist .
Responsibilities
- Provide L2/L3 on-site IT support for infrastructure and applications
- Support and maintain GxP-validated systems (e.g., OMNIS, Chromeleon, LIMS, SAS, eArchive, Interflex)
- Administer and troubleshoot Windows Server environments, Active Directory (users, GPO, DNS, DHCP) and Network infrastructure (VLANs, routing, firewall rules)
- Ensure server patching compliance using SCCM
- Work on virtualized environments (VMware / Nutanix)
- Support Citrix Virtual Apps (VDA, publishing)
- Collaborate with architects on server & network design and evolution
- Monitor systems using tools like Dynatrace
- Document incidents, changes, and procedures in ServiceNow and Confluence
